Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
この考案は樹脂によつて封止されたボデイコア
と、作動ギヤツプを有するチツプコアを接合して

従来、磁気ヘツドの構造に関する考案は数多く
なされて来たが、その中で、作業能率の向上等を
計かつて、ボデイコア部を樹脂によつて一体成形
し、それをチツプコアと接合させるものが周知で
あつた。そこで、この種のものとして第1図及び
第2図に示すものがあつた。第1図及び第2図に
おいては、1は作動ギヤツプを有するチツプコ
ア、2はコイル3を有するフエライトのボデイコ
アでその端部が前記チツプコア1と接合する様に
構成されている。4は前記コア3と接続された端
子である。また、1aは前記チツプコア1の間に
ガラス1bを介して固着されたシールドコアであ
る。尚、以下各図において、同一部分は同一符号
で統一する。従来では、上記したボデイコア2,
コイル3及び端子4を樹脂5によつて封止し一体
形成したものを前記チツプコア1と接合していた
が、金型成形時あるいは加工時の圧力に耐えるた
め、第1図及び第2図に示す様に、前記ボデイコ
ア2のチツプコア1と接合する先端部分まで樹脂

率やインピーダンスのバラツキを防止することが
できる磁気ヘツドを提供することを目的としてい

度的にも充分であり、ボデイコア2のフエライト
のみがチツプコア1と接合し、従来のものの様に
熱膨張係数の差によつて温度変化の影響を受ける
ことがなく、磁気ヘツド自体の特性が向上する。
また上記した様にボデイコア2の先端部分にテー
パ状に樹脂5′を設けたので、金型成形時におけ
る金型との離型もスムーズに行え作業性も向上し
