イルム巻取装置において、上記巻取ロールを上記
摩擦クラツチを介して固定フレームに回転自在に
支承するとともに、上記繰出しロールを、該繰出
しロールが繰出し方向に回転したときのみ接続動
作するワンウエイクラツチと上記摩擦クラツチと
を介して上記固定フレームに支承したことを特徴
