- 産業用ロボツトの固定部の環状面に対して近接
対向した環状回転面を有する回転部の原位置確認
検知装置であつて、前記環状面はうず巻状溝及び
うず巻状溝底面に配置された少くとも１個の検知
具を含み、前記環状回転面は前記うず巻状溝に面
しかつ半径方向に横切つて開口する半径方向溝及
び一方を半径方向溝と摺動可能に嵌合され他方を
前記うず巻状溝と摺動可能に嵌合された被検知具
を含むことを特徴とする産業用ロボツトの旋回検
