期回転することにより上記ワークの歯面の研削仕
上げを行う歯車形状を有する研削工具と、上記噛
み合い部分に研削液を放出するために上記切削工
具の歯底に設けられた研削液放出口と、上記研削
液放出口に連通して上記研削工具内部に形成され
た研削工具内流路と、上記主軸と共に一体的に形
成された回転子並びに上記回転子を囲包する主軸
頭の内周面に上記回転子と対向して設けられた固
定子を備えたモータと、上記主軸内に形成され一
端が上記切削工具内流路と連通し且つ他端が上記
噛み合い部分に研削液を供給する研削液供給手段
に連通する主軸内流路とを備えたことを特徴とす
