該主筒の外側に相対回転自在に配置され且つ主筒
との間に該超音波振動子への給電部を構成し更に
、外部から内部通路及び主筒との間のシール部を
介して該超音波振動子に取付けた工具側へのクー
ラント流体供給手段を設けたハウジングとを有し
、前記クーラント流体用シール部と前記給電部と
の間に位置する該ハウジング壁部へ、主筒との摺
動内周から外周へ貫通する排出口を形成したこと
