からの信号のなかの欠陥成分と被検金属板自体の
漏洩成分を通過させる帯域フイルターと、帯域フ
イルターからの信号を増巾するアンプと、アンプ
からの信号を入力し欠陥信号と被検金属板自体の
漏洩信号を分離して検出する変換器と、別途入力
される被検金属板の表面粗度信号と通板速度信号
と磁化器の磁界強度信号とおよび被検金属と検出
器のギヤツプ信号を入力し、漏洩成分レベル値を
出力するプリセツト器と、漏洩成分レベル値と変
換器からの被検金板自体の漏洩信号を比較し差信
号を出力する比較器と、差信号を入力しその差が
なくなるようにアンプのゲインを変更するデジタ
ルゲイン設定装置とからなることを特徴とする金
