本発明は断熱建材のコア材とその製造方法に関
し、合成樹脂フイルムの片面にアルミニウム層を
積層したパツク用フイルム1にて形成せる袋2内
にロールコア、ハニカムコア、リングコア等のコ
ア3を内装し、コア3に透明合成樹脂フイルムを
透明合成樹脂フイルム4がコア3の空間bに沿つ
て断面波状になるように装填すると共に断面波状
の透明合成樹脂フイルム4の上端及び下端を夫々
パツク用フイルム1に接合して成ることを特徴と
する断熱建材のコア材を特定発明とし、併せて合
成樹脂フイルムの片面にアルミニウム層を積層し
たパツク用フイルム1を合成樹脂フイルム側を上
にして配置すると共にこの上にロールコア、ハニ
カムコア、リングコア等のコア3を載置し、次い
でコア3上に透明合成樹脂フイルム4を載せ、真
空吸引して透明合成樹脂フイルム4をコア1の空
間bに沿つて断面波状にすると共に波状の透明合
成樹脂フイルム4の下端とパツク用フイルム1と
を熱融着し、しかる後地のパツク用フイルム1を
合成樹脂フイルム側が下になるようにコア3上に
載置し、上記波状の透明合成樹脂フイルム4の上
端とパツク用フイルム1とを熱融着すると共に上
下のパツク用フイルム1の端縁同志を熱融着して
密封することを特徴とする断熱建材のコア材の製

て透明合成樹脂フイルム4をコア3の空間bに沿
うように断面波状にすると共に断面波状の透明合
成樹脂フイルム4の下端とパツク用フイルム1と
を熱融着する。次いでコア3上に他のパツク用フ
イルム1を合成樹脂フイルムが下になるように積
層し、断面波状の透明合成樹脂フイルム4の上端
とパツク用フイルム1とを熱融着し、上下のパツ
ク用フイルム1の端縁同志を熱融着し、パツク用
フイルム1の袋2内にコア3を密封してある。上

及び下端を夫々パツク用フイルムに接合している
ので、透明合成樹脂フイルムにてコアとパツク用
フイルムの袋とが固定されて強固な上、コア内の
各空間の空気は夫々閉じ込められ対流による伝熱
も防止できて断熱性を向上できるものであり、し
かも縦方向及び横方向に複数個の気密的に独立し
た空間を形成できるものであつて、隣合う独立し
た空間間で空気が流通せず、一層断熱性を向上で
きるという利点がある。また本発明の併合発明に
あつては叙述の方法にて形成されるので、連続的
に断熱建材のコア材を製造できるものであり、し
かも真空吸引して透明合成樹脂フイルムをコアの
空間に沿う断面波状にするので透明合成樹脂フイ
ルムを簡単にコアの空間に沿うようにできるとい

るように装填すると共に断面波状の透明合成樹脂
フイルムの上端及び下端を夫々パツク用フイルム
に接合して成ることを特徴とする断熱建材のコア
