The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to Examples. Reference numeral 1 is a film for a pack in which an aluminum layer is laminated by vapor-depositing aluminum or pasting aluminum foil on one side of a synthetic resin film. The synthetic resin film of the pack film 1 may be a shrink film such as a stretched synthetic resin film. This pack film 1 is placed horizontally with the synthetic resin film side facing upward, and a paper core 3 such as a roll core, honeycomb core, ring core, etc. is placed thereon. A transparent synthetic resin film 4 is placed on this core 3 as shown in FIG. 3, and by vacuum suction, the transparent synthetic resin film 4 is made to have a wavy cross section along the space b of the core 3, and the transparent synthetic resin film 4 has a wavy cross section. The lower end of the film 4 and the pack film 1 are heat-sealed. Next, another pack film 1 is laminated on top of the core 3 with the synthetic resin film facing down, and the upper end of the transparent synthetic resin film 4 with a wavy cross section is heat-sealed to the pack film 1 to form the upper and lower packs. The edges of the film 1 are heat-sealed together, and the core 3 is sealed inside the bag 2 of the film 1 for packing. The core material A is formed as described above, and the upper and lower plates are joined to the upper and lower surfaces of the core material A to form a heat insulating building material.

As described above, in the present invention, cores such as roll cores, honeycomb cores, ring cores, etc. are housed inside a bag formed from a plastic film made of a plastic film with an aluminum layer laminated on one side, so that the aluminum layer does not radiate heat. Not only does it have heat insulating properties, but the core is loaded with a transparent synthetic resin film so that the transparent synthetic resin film has a wavy cross section along the core space, and the upper and lower ends of the transparent synthetic resin film with a wavy cross section are used for packing. Since it is bonded to the film, the core and the pack film bag are fixed by the transparent synthetic resin film, making it strong, and the air in each space inside the core is confined, preventing heat transfer due to convection, providing insulation. Furthermore, it is possible to form multiple airtight independent spaces in the vertical and horizontal directions, and air does not flow between adjacent independent spaces, further improving insulation properties. It has the advantage of being possible. In addition, in the combined invention of the present invention, since it is formed by the method described above, the core material of the insulation building material can be manufactured continuously, and moreover, the transparent synthetic resin film is formed along the space of the core by vacuum suction. Since the cross section is wave-like, there is an advantage that the transparent synthetic resin film can be easily arranged along the core space.
