Claims (1)
駆動するIC素子から成る回路部が、同一基板上
に一体形成され、かつ前記表示部と前記回路部と
が同一真空外囲器内に設けられている蛍光表示管
において、前記回路部を構成するIC素子のシリ
アルデータ出力電極端子を少なくとも1本、外部
引き出しリードとして前記真空外囲器外へ導出し
たことを特徴とする蛍光表示管。 (2) 外部引き出しリードとして真空外囲器外へ
導出したシリアルデータ出力電極端子は、部分的
にハーフエツチング処理が施され、リードカツト
機能が付加されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第
