、スライダに支持されて弁座に対して接離する弁
エレメントと、アーマチヤを弁座方向に付勢する
第１スプリングと、アーマチヤを第１スプリング
に抗して弁座から離れる方向に付勢するソレノイ
ドと、上記スライダを弁座方向に付勢する第２ス
プリングと、弁座の上流側に設けられたオリフイ
スとを備え、上記第１スプリングは上流側の通常
使用圧力に打ち勝ち弁エレメントの閉じ状態を維
持できる弾性力を有し、第２スプリングは上流側
の通常使用圧力に負けて弁エレメントの開き動作
を許容する弾性力を有していることを特徴とする
