導体と、化合物半導体の前記段部に設けられた遮
光性金属と、各々の前記分離領域の１導電型部に
オーミツク接触され、絶縁層を介して前記遮光性
金属の上に設けられた複数の個別電極とを具備し
た事を特徴とする光プリンタ用ＬＥＤアレイ。 (2) 前記遮光性電極は段部に於て個別電極のオ
ーミツク接触された導電型と異なる導電型部にオ
ーミツク接触され、分離領域の整列方向に延在し
ている事を特徴とする請求項１項記載の光プリン
