<Conventional technology> Conventionally, it has been proposed to use magnetic tape scraps by winding and twisting magnetic tape into a strand to create filaments, and using this as yarn to manufacture fishing ropes (Tokuko Showa). 41−15556). It has also been proposed to manufacture a rope by winding both edges of magnetic tape inward and stretching it to create a filament (Special Publication No. 1983-
41956). Furthermore, a raw yarn for fixed fishing nets made by twisting magnetic tapes together has been proposed (Jikko 56-
173677). However, the above-mentioned three fibers have insufficient strength as a single filament, and have the disadvantage of peeling off of magnetic powder and the like.

<Means for solving the problems> The present invention aims to provide a yarn that solves the above problems, and while one side edge of the strip magnetic tape is rolled inward, a strong chemical, metal or An extremely strong flattened fiber can be obtained by inserting a fiber made of natural fiber into the center and simultaneously subjecting the magnetic tape to continuous heating and stretching. On the other hand, it is a raw yarn using a magnetic tape, which is characterized by being able to solve the problem of magnetic powder and the like coming off by wrapping the magnetic layer inside.

Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram showing a drawing machine for producing yarn using the magnetic tape of the present invention, Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the yarn of the present invention, and Fig. 3 is a perspective view of the yarn of the present invention. . As shown in FIG. 1, a strip magnetic tape 2 is mounted on a stand 1 consisting of a roll with a tension device, and while one side edge of the strip magnetic tape is rolled inward, a fiber made of chemical, metal, or natural fiber is attached. 3 is inserted into the center, and at the same time, it is sent out at a constant speed and the raw yarn is wound around a winding roll 8. From the pedestal 1 consisting of a roll with a tension device to the take-up roll 8, one edge of the strip magnetic tape is wound inward just before the magnetic tape insertion opening of the tubular and opposing flat heating section 5. A tubular body 4 with a spiral guide provided therein is installed so that While attaching the filament 3 made of chemical, metal, or natural fibers to the center of the strip magnetic tape 2, a tubular body 4 having a spiral guide inside and a tubular and opposing flat heating unit 5 are heated at a constant speed. Pass the magnetic tape through the tension roll 6
By applying tension to the magnetic tape, the strip-shaped magnetic tape 2 is stretched in the longitudinal direction, and the base paper 7, which is a flat fiber, is wound around a winding roll 8. A magnetic tape flat fiber in which the magnetic layer of the strip magnetic tape 2 is the inner surface, one edge of the strip magnetic tape 2 is wound inward, and a fiber 3 made of strong chemical, metal, or natural fiber is interposed in the center. This is to form the raw yarn 7 in the form of a strip.

As shown in the embodiment shown in FIG. 4a, the original fibers 7, which are flat fibers of magnetic tape, are combined with fibers made of chemical, metal, or natural fibers to form a blind shape. As shown in Example b, the raw yarn 7, which is the flattened fibers of the magnetic tape, is woven into a mesh pattern to be used for agriculture and fishing. Further, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 4c, the raw yarns 7, which are flat fibers of magnetic tape, can be twisted together and used for various purposes.
