Problems to be Solved by the Invention In such a conventional configuration, as shown in FIG. This problem does not occur if the product 8 is large and has an increased weight, but the second pedestal 2
If the length L 2 of the vending machine becomes longer, or if the table 15 and bar conveyor 16 are forced to be placed closer to the stocker body due to height restrictions of the vending machine body, the distance L 1 becomes longer. Figure 9
When it becomes narrow compared to the size of product 8 like L 1 ′,
Depending on how the product 8 falls, the product 8 may be pushed up by the bar 17 of the bar conveyor 1, which rotates in the normal direction, and become caught between the open second pedestal 2 and the table 5, causing the bar conveyor to fall. 16 may not move in the direction of arrow A, and product delivery may become impossible. This is a serious problem that occurs particularly for the products 8 in the second column, which is on the upper side with respect to the conveyance direction [arrow A direction] of the bar conveyor 16, among the first and second columns. The current situation is that 1 must be made sufficiently large compared to product 8.

Effects of the Invention As explained above, according to the first invention, in the product dispensing device of the flapper dispensing method for dispensing products to the product dispensing port by a conveyor, the overcurrent detection unit detects that an overcurrent flows to the drive motor of the conveyor. When detected, the recovery means reverses the conveyor and then operates the conveyor in the normal direction. Therefore, even if a product is caught between the lower end of the open pedestal and the table that receives the product that has fallen from the stocker body, the conveyor will operate in the reverse direction. As a result, the jammed state is automatically released, and the product can be delivered to the unloading port by the subsequent forward rotation, and the distance between the lower end of the open pedestal and the table is smaller than the size of the product. It is possible to actually drive the vehicle without making it very large.

According to the second invention, in the product dispensing port device of the flapper dispensing method in which products are delivered to the product dispensing port by a conveyor, when the photoelectric device does not detect passage of the product, the timer detects the elapse of a specified time. Since the recovery means rotates the conveyor in the normal direction after reversing the conveyor, the conveyor will not operate in the reverse direction even if a product is caught between the lower end of the open pedestal and the table that receives the product that has fallen from the stocker body. The jammed state is automatically released, and the product can be delivered to the take-out port by the subsequent normal rotation. It is something that can actually be operated without having to make it very large.
