金属の素材で成型した試料原子化部と、 該試料原子化部を分析装置の支持・駆動部分と
接続するための、前記試料原子化部と別体とされ
た、非伝熱性素材で成型した軸部とを備え、 試料の効率的な励起を可能としたことを特徴と
