タコーンの内周面に対向する外周面を有するダブ
ルコーンとを備えるとともに、上記同期用ギヤの
ギヤスプライン部とダブルコーンとの間には、互
いに動力を伝達し合う係合手段が設けられ、該係
合手段には、動力伝達時、上記同期用ギヤに作用
する周方向へのトルク変動を吸収せしめる弾性部
材が設けられていることを特徴とする変速機の同
