ントローラ、24は車輪側部材、26FL〜26
RRは前左〜後右油圧シリンダ、28FL〜28
RRは前左〜後右圧力制御弁である。

である場合には前記複数の車速センサによる検出
値の内、最高値を強制的に車速値として設定する
車速設定手段と、この車速決定手段により設定さ
れた車速値に基づき車両が走行状態か又は停車状
態かを判断する運転状態判断手段と、この運転状
態判断手段により走行状態であると判断された場
合には前記姿勢変化情報に応じて前記指令値を変
更制御し、且つ、停車状態であると判断された場
合には前記指令値の制御を中止する指令値制御手
段とを備えたことを特徴とする能動型サスペンシ
