【考案の詳細な説明】
この考案は、包装用容器の蓋材に関するもので

従来、レトルト殺菌用としてポリプロピレン製
の容器に延伸ナイロンフイルムに接着剤層を介し
てヒートシール層を形成した蓋材を熱接着したも
のが知られている。この蓋材は、レトルト殺菌が
可能であり、レトルト殺菌後においてもたるむこ
となく張り詰めた状態を維持することができると
共に、イージーオープン性を有し、かつ透明性を
有するため、容器の蓋材として良好なものであ

とが考えられるが、この方法には次のような新た
な問題点がある。即ち、製造段階において、延伸
ナイロンフイルムに接着剤層を介してバリヤー性
フイルムを積層し、その後にヒートシールフイル
ムを貼合する場合、延伸ナイロンフイルムとバリ
ヤー性フイルムの積層材は両者の伸度に大きな差
があることなどから大きくカールするので、ヒー
トシールフイルムの貼合がうまくいかないという

ち、バリヤー性を有し、レトルト殺菌が可能であ
り、レトルト殺菌後においてもたるむことなく張
り詰めた状態を維持することができ、またイージ
ーオープン性と透明性を兼ね備えた蓋材を簡単に
