Claims (1)
装着した弾性材料からなる環状のシートリングと
、外縁部を該シートリングの内周面に密封接触す
る円板状のジスクと、これらボデー、シートリン
グ及びジスクを直径方向に貫通し該ジスクに固定
され該ボデーで支承されるステムとからなり、該
ステムを回転操作し該ジスクを回動させて開閉す
る中心型バタフライバルブであつて、該ステムを
支承する該ボデーの軸孔に該シートリングに接す
る端面を球面状に形成した軸受ブツシユを挿入し
たバタフライバルブ。 (2) 該軸受ブツシユに形成した球面状の該端面
の球面の中心位置は、該ジスクの中心位置と同じ
である請求項１記載のバタフライバルブ。 (3) 該軸受ブツシユは該シートリングに接する
該端面側に円形鍔を形成した鍔付きブツシユであ
り、該ボデーの該ステムを支承する軸孔は該ボデ
ーの内周面側に円形段部を有する段付き孔であつ
て、該円形鍔が該円形段部に密着状態で挿入され
ている請求項１又は２記載のバタフライバルブ。 (4) 該軸受ブツシユは合成樹脂製である請求項
１乃至３記載のバタフライバルブ。 (5) 下方の該軸受ブツシユが有底ブツシユであ
る請求項３又は４記載のバタフライバルブ。 (6) 該軸孔は鋳肌面である請求項１乃至５記載
