に嵌合された外管とより構成し、これらの内管と

室内の油圧を調節する加圧ねじを設け、かつ該外
管の前記丸刃側外周に該外管と丸刃との間に挾持
された自動調心リングを装着するとともに、前記
外管に前記油室内の油圧を測定する油圧測定器を
