ドさせる押圧部材と、該押圧部材を押す円筒部材
とを、上記内部締付部材とナツト部材との間に備
え、且つ内径を配管の外径より大きくしたケーシ
ングの先端部内面に、テーパーを付したリング状
の回転体を螺合させると共に、該回転体の内面に
複数に分割して拡縮できるようにした外部締付部
材を位置させ、前記ケーシングに支持させたボル
トの端を前記ナツト部材を貫通させて円筒部材に
当接させるようにしたことを特徴とする配管閉塞
