Claims (1)
- ポンプ室と、ポンプ室に偏心されて回転自在に
配設されているロータと、ロータの外周に開設さ
れている複数の溝と、これら溝に進退自在にそれ
ぞれ嵌挿されているベーンと、隣り合うベーン間
、ポンプ室およびロータによつて形成され、ロー
タの回転に伴つてその容積を増減変化する圧力室
と、容積が漸増して行く圧力室に連通されている
吸込口と、容積が縮小して行く圧力室に連通され
ている吐出口とを備えているベーンポンプにおい
て、前記ベーンがセラミツクス材料で構成され、
少なくとも前記ポンプ室の外周面に、チタン系材
料を用いた物理蒸着法または化学蒸着法による被
膜が形成されていることを特徴とするベーンポン
プ。
