- 支持されたウエハを介して近傍離隔自在に対向
配置されかつ、ウエハに対して相対的に平行移動
する第１、第２の対物レンズと、各対物レンズに
それぞれ光学的に接続された第１、第２の接眼レ
ンズとを含むことを特徴とするウエハ検査用顕微
鏡。
