せて使用する肺補助装置において、 上記潅流液中のクロルイオン濃度を検出する手
段と、 この検出信号と予め設定された正常値とを比較
する手段と、 その比較結果により上記潅流液中のクロルイオ
ンが予め設定された正常値を越えた場合に、上記
放散筒内の潅流液の交換を自動的に行う手段とを
設けた体外循環型肺補助装置。 (2) 血液ポンプにより脱血した患者の体外循環
