Claims (1)
血液と潅流液とを透析器内で膜を介して接触させ
、血液中の二酸化炭素成分を潅流液中へ移動させ
て放散筒に導き、潅流液のPH調整液の供給部から
のPH調整液及び炭酸脱水素酵素の存在下に不活性
ガスと気液接触させて上記二酸化炭素成分を炭酸
ガスとして放散させ、この炭酸ガスを除去した潅
流液を上記放散筒と上記透析器との間で循環させ
て使用する体外循環型肺型肺補助装置において、 上記PH調整液の供給部を複数構成し、その各々
に対応して供給片を配設しそのPH調整液供給ライ
ンに上記供給部の内1つを解放接続し、その供給
部のPH調整液の量が少なくなつた場合あるいはな
くなつた場合にそれを検出する手段と、その検出
信号により供給弁を駆動して別の供給部に切り換
えて潅流液のPH調整液の供給を続行する手段と、
以下上記事態に対して上記動作を順次繰り返す手
段と、最後の供給部のPH調整液量が上記事態に該
当した場合に警報を発する手段とを具備する体外
