Claims (1)
- 固定部と、該固定部に外周縁で支持された平行
板ばねと、該平行板ばねの中心部に結合した可動
部と、前記固定部と平行板ばねの隙間で形成され
た作動室に貫通した２つのポートにそれぞれ密閉
結合し断面積の異なる２つのベローズと、該ベロ
ーズの一端に結合しそれぞれ変位発生可能な駆動
ロツドと、前記作動室及びこれに通ずる前記２つ
のベローズ内に充満された非圧縮性流体とを含む
ことを特徴とする微小駆動機構。
