Conventionally, in a side wall insulation panel for a freezer, etc., which includes a pair of face plates facing each other with a predetermined interval and a heat insulating material filled in a hollow space between both the face plates, It is known that a corrugated plate having ridge-shaped convex portions for load shedding arranged in parallel over the entire surface is used as the surface plate. However, if the ridge-like protrusions for load shearing are arranged in parallel all over the inside of the refrigerator, when the insulation panel is used as the side wall of a refrigerator, the cold air inside the refrigerator will be exposed to a large number of ridge-like protrusions that extend vertically. The problem was that the cold air was obstructed by the cold air, making it difficult for it to flow horizontally, making it difficult for cold air to flow smoothly.
In addition, since corrugated sheets have to be thicker than flat sheets due to molding, they are expensive and heavy, and the connection structure for the panel frame placed between the ends of both surface sheets is also complicated. There was a problem.

The purpose of this design is that compared to a corrugated plate having parallel ridges for shearing the load on the entire surface as the surface plate for the inside of the refrigerator, the convection of cold air can be carried out smoothly and the cost is lower. To provide a heat insulating panel for a side wall of a freezer, etc., which is light in weight and has a simple connection structure to a panel frame.

According to this invention, a heat insulating panel for the side wall of a freezer, etc., includes a pair of face plates arranged oppositely at a predetermined interval, and a heat insulating material filled in a hollow space between both face plates. In this case, the surface plate serving as the inner side of the refrigerator is composed of a corrugated plate having parallel ridge-like convex portions for load shedding, and a flat plate having a joint end overlapped and joined to the back side of the end of the corrugated plate. Compared to the case where a corrugated sheet with parallel ridge-like protrusions for load shedding is used as the surface plate on the inside of the refrigerator, the cold air inside the refrigerator is Flows horizontally, so convection occurs more smoothly. In addition, there is a flat plate in a part of the surface plate, and the wall thickness of this plate is thinner than that of the corrugated plate, so if such a flat plate is used, the cost can be reduced and the weight can be reduced. Furthermore, in the case of using a corrugated plate, a connecting plate like the one shown in the above embodiment is required to connect the corrugated plate to the panel frame. Since the section itself can be connected to the panel frame, the connection structure can be simplified accordingly. Since the surface plate on the inner side of the refrigerator has a corrugated plate having parallel ridge-like protrusions for shedding cargo in a portion other than the flat plate, there is no fear that the side wall will be damaged by the cargo inside the refrigerator.
