Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 冷媒の圧縮・膨張により行なう冷凍機の冷却
    部に接して設けられた冷却室が、外層部と内層部
    に分離され、各層ごとに冷却用部材が設けられて
    いる熱交換機であることを特徴とするガス液化回
    収装置。 2 冷却用部材が複数個の通気孔を有し、上記冷
    却室の外層部と内層部を、それぞれ横断して分割
    し、複数の室を形成する冷却板であることを特徴
    とする請求項1記載のガス液化回収装置。 3 冷却用部材が、複数項の通気孔を有し、上記
    冷却室の外層部と内層部の各層をそれぞれ横断し
    て分割し、複数の室を形成する冷却板と、該冷却
    板間に充填した熱伝導性の金属繊維とより成るこ
    とを特徴とする請求項1記載のガス回収液化装置
    。 4 冷却室が温度制御装置に接続されていること
    を特徴とする請求項2又は請求項3記載のガス液
    化回収装置。
