５は通気道、６は除湿器、６ａは吸湿材、６ｂは
断熱材、６ｃは外カバー。なお、図中、同一符号
は同一または相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- スターリングクーラ、フリーザヘツド、上部カ
バー、フアン、通気道で構成される冷却装置と恒
温槽が接続された極低温槽において、上記冷却装
置から恒温槽に連通する通気道に着脱可能な除湿
器を配設したことを特徴とする極低温槽。
