Claims (1)
- 両面に適度な長さの電極を互いに一部重なるよ
うに設けた圧電素子と、この圧電素子の両端に被
せられるとともに、導電性接着剤、はんだ等の導
体により電気的に接続され、かつ外方に向けての
凸部を有する導電性内キヤツプと、これらの圧電
素子と導電性内キヤツプを収納した磁器管と、こ
の磁器管両端外周に挿入固定され、かつ端部に孔
部を有する金属製外キヤツプとを備え、上記内キ
ヤツプの凸部を外キヤツプの孔部に嵌合させると
ともに、この両者を導電性接着剤、はんだ等の導
体により接続したセラミツク共振子。
