Abstract

PURPOSE:To permit a complete closing of an article receiving opening of a packer, even if it is deformed, by heat sealing fasteners thereof using an iron, etc., after joining such fasteners. CONSTITUTION:A futon (A) is inserted into a packer 1 from an article receiving opening 2 so as to be enclosed entirely therein. Fasteners 4 and 5 are then pressed together from the outer peripheral surfaces of the top portion 3a and the bottom portion 3b of a base film 3, so that the two edges of the article receiving opening 2 are fastened by joining the fasteners 4 and 5 from one end thereof to the other, thereby closing said opening 2. By using an iron or a simple scissors-like heat sealer, a heat and pressure is thereafter applied to the surface of the packer 1 at the portion of the outer peripheral surfaces of the base film 3 matching with the fasteners 4 and 5 thus joined for fastening the opening edges, whereby the fasteners 4 and 5 are heat sealed together for forming a sealed layer and hence sealing the article receiving opening 2.

Traditionally, bedding such as futons and blankets that are out of season are stored in a closet, etc., or they are stored in a storage bag with a string attached to it to close the storage opening. It was a target. However, for items such as the futons and blankets mentioned above, which are bulky with air, that is, bulky items with a high air inclusion rate and therefore a large volume per unit weight, a large space must be secured for storage. There is a problem in that it imposes space constraints on the storage and storage of other items.

On the other hand, manufacturers of the above-mentioned products must also secure warehouses with considerably large space to store the products, and because they are bulky, loading efficiency during transport by truck etc. is also poor. This has led to problems such as an increase in the cost of the product.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, prior to filing this application, the applicant of the present application accommodated air-containing articles through the article-accommodating opening of a package based on a heat-resistant and air-impermeable sheet. A method has been proposed in which the air-containing article is compressed and stored by welding and sealing a heat-sealing layer formed on the inner circumferential surface of the mouth, then evacuating the air present in the sealed space of the package.

That is, the welding of the heat-adhesive layer is carried out at home by heating and pressurizing the surface of the base body corresponding to the heat-adhesive layer closest to the open end of the receiving opening, mainly using an iron. However, as mentioned above, since the package is only a double structure consisting of the base and the heat-sealing layer, it will stretch when heated and pressed while pressing the iron, and this stretch will cause wrinkles in the storage opening, causing Sometimes it was not possible to seal the mouth accurately.

Means for Solving Problem c] In order to achieve the above object, the article storage method according to the present invention stores the article from the article storage opening of the package whose base film is heat resistant and non-air permeable, A pair of mutually removable fastener portions made of thermoplastic adhesive resin and provided on the inner peripheral surfaces of opposing front and back portions of the base film are joined to close the article storage opening, and the article storage opening is closed. It is characterized in that the article storage opening is sealed by welding the fastener part.

By doing as described above, even if the package loses its shape due to the articles housed in the package, the storage opening is reliably closed in advance by joining the pair of fastener parts. In addition, even when heated and pressurized with an iron, etc., the expansion of the article storage opening of the package is relatively suppressed by the zipper portion, and even if expansion occurs, the melted fastener portion closes the gap created in the article storage space due to this expansion. Therefore, there will be no gap in the accommodation opening to be sealed.

The fastener part 4.5 can completely close the article storage opening 2 of the package 1, and the fastener part 4 is formed to have a concave cross section, and the fastener part 5 is formed to have a convex cross section. By pressing the base body 3 from both the front and back sides of the opening 2 from one end to the other, they fit into each other and close the article storage opening 2. These fastener parts 4.5 are attached to the film 3 constituting the base film 3.
Similar to 2, it is made of a thermoplastic adhesive resin such as polyethylene or EVA (ethylene acetate picopolymer) that has adhesive properties when melted by heating. Therefore, these fastener parts 4.5 may be integrally formed with the inner surface film 32, or may be formed separately and bonded to the film 32 using an adhesive or welding means.

The socket 7 is made of thermoplastic adhesive resin such as polyethylene, and includes a cylindrical main body part 71 with an open upper end and a flange part 72 provided on the outer periphery of the central part of the main body part 71. A female thread 71a is cut on the inner periphery of the main body 71, and an air passage hole 71c is formed in the center of the bottom plate 71b of the main body 71.
is drilled. A protrusion 71d having a semicircular cross section is formed on the periphery of the air passage hole 71c on the inner side of the main body portion 71. In the socket 7 formed in this manner, in the front part 3a and the back part 3b facing each other of the base film 3, the main body part is located in the opening part 3c formed in the center part in the width direction, biased toward the other end side of the front part 3a. 71 is inserted from the inside. The upper surface of the flange portion 72 is fused to the inner surface film 32 of the base film 3, thereby being airtightly attached to the base film 3.

As shown in FIG. 5, the cap body 8 has a flange 81 on the outer circumferential surface of the central portion in the axial direction. Screw part 8
2 is formed. Further, an air passage 83 is formed on the central axis of the cap body 8 to communicate the upper end side and the lower end side. A packing holder 8 is provided in the cap body 8 in the air passage 83 and slightly above the lower end of the cap body 8, that is, the lower end of the male threaded portion 82.
4 are integrally molded. A packing 85 made of urethane or the like and having a larger diameter than the air passage hole 71c provided in the socket 7 is attached to the packing holder 84. The lower end surface of this gasket 85 is on the same plane as the lower end of the male screw 82. Therefore, when the male screw 82 is screwed into the female screw 71a of the socket 7, the gasket 85 is inserted into the protrusion 71d formed on the bottom surface of the socket 7. The air conduction hole 71c

Further, as shown in FIG. 7, a plurality of pairs of fastener portions may be provided. In this way, by sequentially using the fastener portions from the end side of the article storage opening, it becomes possible to use the same package repeatedly.

Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the air inside the package 1 is extracted from the socket 7 after the fastener part 4.5 is fused, but the method of the present invention can also be applied to articles other than air-containing articles such as futons. This can also be applied when the device is stored in a package, and in that case, the package does not necessarily require the above-mentioned configuration for removing air.

As is clear from the above description, according to the article storage method according to the present invention, the sealing process involves joining the fastener parts in advance and then fusing the fastener parts with an iron or the like. Even if the shape of the article package is distorted, the article storage opening will close without any gaps! be done. Moreover, the fastener portion plays a role of reinforcing the base film, and the elongation of the base film due to heat and pressure when using an iron or the like is suppressed. Moreover, even if the zipper stretches, the melted fastener portion closes the gap created by the wrinkles caused by the stretching, so that a reliable seal can be achieved. Therefore, it is possible to reliably seal the receiving opening of the package containing the article.
