Claims (1)
- 電子ビームの上流側に配置した第１のポールピ
ースと、前記電子ビームの下流側に配置した第２
のポールピースとを有するマイクロ波管に組み合
わせるマイクロ波管用電子ビーム集束装置におい
て、ネオジウム、鉄および硼素を主成分とする永
久磁石材料を使用した永久磁石と、該永久磁石に
固定した強磁性体のヨークとから成り前記永久磁
石と前記電子ビームの下流側に配置した前記第２
のポールピースの間に前記ヨークを配置したこと
を特徴とするマイクロ波管用電子ビーム集束装置
。
