Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify the structure and speed up the action by rotating an arm of a releasing device going into a molding machine, matching the extruding direction of a molded product with circumferential movement at the time of arm rotation and releasing the molded product. CONSTITUTION:An arm 2 of a releasing device main body 1 which can rotate around a point 0 goes straight and stops at a waiting point for release in a mold 6 of a molding machine 7. The releasing device main body 1 rotates around the point 0 as a center and moves in the circumferential direction. The same moves in the direction in which a molded product extruding mechanism 8 and a molded product retaining section 4 retains a molded product 5. The releasing device main body 1 rotates in the reverse direction after retaining, and molded product 5 is released out of a mold 6 simultaneously with the extraction of the extruding mechanism 8. After that, releasing action is completed by moving the arm 2 backward. ると、成形品取り出し装置1のアーム2が直進し成形機
7の型6の取り出し待機位置で停止し、続いて成形品保
持部4が取り付けられたアーム先端部の直線運動機構3
が、成形品押し出し機構8の移動方向に動き成形品を保
持した後、アーム先端移動機構が後退し、続いてアーム
が後退することにより取り出し動作が完了する。

し待機点で停止し、取り出し装置本体1が点0を中心と
して回転して円周方向移動することにより、成形品押し
出し機構8の移動方向に動き、成形品保持部4が成形品
5を保持する。保持後、取り出し装置本体1が逆方向に
回転し成形品5を型6から、押し出し機構8の押し出し
とともに取り出す。この後アーム2が後退することによ
り取り出し動作が完了する。
