もにこの表示領域に多数本の走査電極と多数本の
信号電極とをマトリツクス状に設けた第２の液晶
パネルとを積層し、かつ前記第１の液晶パネルの
液晶層の液晶分子と第２の液晶パネルの液晶層の
液晶分子とを、互いに逆方向にツイスト配列させ
