Abstract

PURPOSE:To lay a cable duct easily in a sewerage and drain conduit by bending inward one side of the opening of a telecommunication cable duct C-shaped in cross section and by providing a hole corresponding to an upper bolt-fitting hole. CONSTITUTION:One side of the opening of a cable duct 7 C-shaped in cross section and opened in the axial direction is bent to form a bending part 9. Holes 10 for passing an anchor bolt 4 are provided at both ends of said duct 7 to engage said anchor bolt 4 driven in the ceiling or upper part of a sewerage and drain conduit. In the position corresponding to said holes 10, holes 11 are provided to facilitate the insertion of a nut and nut-driver 8. In this manner, the laying work of a cable 2 in the sewage and drain conduit 1, where sewage water 6 flows, can be performed easily.

(Prior Art) In recent years, the field of communication has made remarkable progress, and as a result, new communication cables are often laid or expanded between distant areas. Among these, a structure in which communication cables are laid using the walls of sewer pipes is an advantageous method in terms of construction time and cost. The conventional general structure was to hold the communication cable on the ceiling side of the sewer pipe using a cable support, insert it into an anchor bolt, and tighten it with a nut. Due to the structure, two or more anchor bolts are required for each cable support location, and one communication cable tends to sag due to its own weight, so in order to reduce the spacing between cable holders, a large number of cable holders were required.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) Even if the distance between cable holders used to lay communication cables is narrowed, the cables will loosen due to their own weight and the gap between them and the wall will become larger, causing sewage to fill the sewage pipes. When the cable flows, foreign objects may get caught and obstruct the flow, or cause excessive force to be applied to the cable and cause damage.

In addition, when installing an additional cable, the previous cable may become an obstacle, and when installing a new cable or replacing it, there are many installation points.
The disadvantage was that it required a lot of time to do the work.

In the case of new installations, the cable duct is more rigid than the communication cable, so the anchor bolts can be spaced widely apart. Furthermore, since only one anchor bolt is required, the total number of anchor bolts to be driven and the mounting interval can be wide, so the assembly work time can be greatly reduced.
