- 軸と、該軸の先端に移動自在に設けられたワー
クに接触して押す押圧部材と、該押圧部材の他端
に形成した球面と、該球面を摺動自在に支持する
球面を有する球面部材と、該球面部材の球面と反
対側に接触する弱バネと、該弱バネの他端に接触
し押圧方向に移動可能なバネ部材と、該バネ受材
の他端と軸との間に介在させられ前記弱バネより
強い強バネとからなる精密ワークプツシヤ。
