Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) スライダがサスペンシヨンに接着されてな
る磁気ヘツド組立体において、サスペンシヨンの
接着面に少なくとも１箇の穴が設けられ、前記ス
ライダが該サスペンシヨンの接着面に接着剤で接
着固定されてなることを特徴とした磁気ヘツド組
立体。 (2) 前記穴は片面からのケミカル・エツチング
によつて成形されていることを特徴とした請求項
１記載の磁気ヘツド組立体。
