Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] A device is provided corresponding to a pair of roll base paper loaded on both supporting arms of a mill roll stand, and the suction surfaces are connected to each other with a predetermined gap through the base paper fed out from each roll base paper. The two suction surfaces are arranged facing each other at a distance from each other, and are configured to be moved relatively forward and backward from this arrangement position so that one suction surface can be brought into pressure contact with the other suction surface via the interposed base paper. A pair of suction heads and a pair of cutter knives provided corresponding to these suction heads and disposed slightly in the direction opposite to the feeding direction of the base paper with respect to the pressure contact position of each of the suction surfaces, the suction head being arranged in a cylinder. The suction head is installed so as to be able to slide in the same direction as the forward and backward movement direction of the feed base, which is moved forward and backward in the direction of the other opposing suction head when driven by the feed base, and between the suction head and the feed base.
