り前記固定吸板先端より一定量繰り出された粘着
テープを切断するカツターと、切断された粘着テ
ープの非粘着面を吸着して前記テープ接続用吸板
上に移送する第１のポンチ部及び前記切断された
粘着テープの全幅を前記接続すべき一対のテープ
上に押し付ける第２のポンチ部を有していて前記
スライドベースに枢支されたポンチブロツクと、
該ポンチブロツクを回動させる機構とを備えたこ
