Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 接地金具と、前記接地金具上で一体化され
た絶縁樹脂層と、前記絶縁樹脂層内を貫通し更に
前記接地金具を非接触状態で貫通して両端が外部
に導出される貫通導体とを備え、前記接地金具は
前記貫通導体の導出方向と平行する方向に延び前
記貫通導体と絶縁樹脂層を介して対向する電極部
を備えることを特徴とする高電圧コンデンサ。 (2) 前記絶縁樹脂層は、熱硬化性樹脂もしくは
熱可塑性樹脂またはこれらの樹脂に誘電体磁器粉
末を混合した複合樹脂でなることを特徴とする実
用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の高電圧コン
デンサ。 (3) 前記絶縁樹脂層は、磁性体粉末を混合した
複合樹脂でなることを特徴とする実用新案登録請
求の範囲第１項または第２項に記載の高電圧コン
デンサ。 (4) 接地金具と、前記接地金具上で一体化され
た絶縁樹脂層と、前記絶縁樹脂層内を貫通し更に
前記接地金具を非接触状態で貫通して両端が外部
に導出される貫通導体とを備え、前記接地金具は
前記貫通導体の導出方向と平行する方向に延び前
記貫通導体と絶縁樹脂層を介して対向する電極部
を備える高電圧コンデンサでなるフイルタを有す
ることを特徴とするマグネトロン。
