５は弾性体のブロツク、６はクリツプ、７は接着
剤層、８はストツパー、を示す。
第２図は従来のフレキシブルケーブルの接続構造
を説明するための図、第３図は従来の接続構造の
不具合点を説明するための図である。 図において、１はフレキシブルケーブル、２は
導体、３はプリント配線板、４は配線パターン、
５は弾性体のブロツク、６はクリツプ、７は接着
剤層、８はストツパー、を示す。
Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 フレキシブルケーブル１の先端部の一方の面の
絶縁被覆を所定幅除去して導体２を露出させ、該
導体２をプリント配線板３の配線パターン４に位
置合わせして載置し、その部分のフレキシブルケ
ーブル１の背後を弾性体のブロツク５を介してク
リツプ６で押圧してプリント配線板３にフレキシ
ブルケーブル１を接続する接続構造において、 上記フレキシブルケーブル１の絶縁被覆を除去
する部分の幅を所定幅より増加させ、その増加し
た部分の導体が露出した面に接着剤層７を設ける
と共に、その反対面に細長い板状のストツパ８を
設けて成ることを 特徴とするフレキシブルケーブルの接続構造。
