交換器をバイパスする第2のバイパスとを有し、
上記第1のバイパス路には第1の制御弁及び第3
の膨脹手段が備えられ、上記第2のバイパス路に
は第2の制御弁のみが備えられており、上記冷却
サイクル運転時に、上記温度検出手段で検出され
た検出温度に基づいて上記第2の制御弁の開閉を
制御し、上記除霜サイクル運転時に、上記温度検
出手段で検出された検出温度に基づいて上記第1
の制御弁の開閉を制御するようにしたことを特徴
