- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 赤外光線を投射する光源と、 この赤外光線を平行光とする光学系と、 被検出物体の測定ポジシヨンを挾んで上記光学
系に対向する赤外線透過フイルタと、 この赤外線透過フイルタに密着させたスリツト
と、 上記スリツトを透過した光を受けて、前記被検
出物体の影の位置を検出する一次元イメージセン
サとを具備したものにおいて、 上記スリツトを、赤外線透過フイルタの片面に
被着した金属薄膜をエツチングして形成したこと
を特徴とする光学式姿勢判別装置。
