したバーコードの読取装置と、電子秤量器と、こ
れらの入力信号を記憶、演算、制御して出力する
処理装置と、及びこの処理装置からの出力信号に
応じて印字又は／及びデイスプレイする表示装置
とからなる誤薬防止システムに於いて、前記処理
装置に前記薬瓶上のバーコードに対応した薬名を
記憶させ随時該当する薬名を読み出すことができ
る機能を付与し、この薬名の読み出し機能に応じ
て薬瓶上のバーコードの前記読取装置からの読取
り信号が上記処理装置に入力されこの処理装置の
出力信号に応じて該当する薬名自体を発信する確
認発信装置を設けてなる散剤調剤時の誤薬防止装
置。 (2) 前記確認発信装置が薬名自体の音声信号を
発信する装置である請求項１に記載の散剤調剤時
の誤薬防止装置。 (3) 前記確認発信装置が薬名自体をデイスプレ
イする表示装置である請求項１又は２に記載の散
