[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention is a stationary document type facsimile device, in particular, a stationary document facsimile device in which a document reader equipped with a light-receiving element such as a solid-state image sensor moves and reads information on the document while the document is still set. This invention relates to a facsimile machine.

Conventionally, in the document setting table used in this type of facsimile machine, a correction marker is arranged on the document setting table so that the height is equal to the thickness of the document, and the document and correction marker are pressed against the document setting table using a transparent holding member. A method is used in which the document is read after correcting the joint between the output signals of the two solid-state image sensors based on the correction marker signals read by the two solid-state image sensors through a transparent holding member. However, in such a document setting table, when the thickness of the document changes, the distance between the document surface and the document reading section changes relative to the distance between the correction marker surface and the document reading section.
Even if the seam of the output signal of the light receiving element is corrected on the correction marker surface, the seam of the output signal of the light receiving element on the original surface will be shifted, resulting in partially missing or partially overlapped images in the received image. There was a drawback. Also,
In order to compensate for the above drawbacks, it is necessary to adopt a limited method of using originals of the same paper thickness, or to adjust the position of the original reading section and the position of the light receiving element each time the original paper thickness changes. It didn't happen.

The present invention eliminates these drawbacks and is a stationary document type that has the advantage of maintaining the same distance between the correction marker surface and the document reading section and the distance between the document surface and the document reading section even if the paper thickness of the document changes. The purpose of the present invention is to provide facsimile equipment.

According to this invention, the shading of the original is converted into an image signal,
A document reading section consisting of a plurality of light receiving elements arranged so as to have a common imaging area; a document reading section moving device that moves the document reading section to read the document; and a document reading section moving device that moves the document reading section to read the document; An original document settable comprising: a document setting table on which a seam correction marker having a predetermined density is arranged on a surface of a holding transparent member sandwiched between the main body and in contact with the original document so as to be within the common imaging area. A stationary facsimile device is obtained.

In FIG. 1, solid-state image sensors 2 and 3 and lens systems 4 and 5 whose focus, magnification, etc. have been adjusted in advance are shown.
is mounted on a movable optical bench 6, which first stops on a seam correction marker 8 and forms an image on the solid-state image pickup devices 2 and 3 through a transparent member 9 that suppresses the seam correction marker 8. let In this state, the solid-state image sensors 2 and 3 each receive a transfer gate pulse and transfer the image signal from the storage section of the solid-state image sensor 2 and 3 to the shift register section, and the image signals are sequentially read out by the shift pulse. Therefore, a seam correction marker signal corresponding to the seam correction marker 8 is generated from the solid-state image sensors 2 and 3. Based on the joint correction marker signals from these two solid-state image sensors 2 and 3, transfer gate pulses are applied to each solid-state image sensor so that the image signals of the solid-state image sensors 2 and 3 are connected to form one scanning image signal. The phase is adjusted and the so-called seam correction is completed.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the main parts of the document setting table used in the present invention, in which a transparent holding member 9 is arranged on the top surface of the document setting table main body 7, and the back side of the holding transparent member 9 (the surface that comes into contact with the original) is A seam correction marker 8 is arranged. The holding transparent member 9 is structured to press the original 10 placed on the original setting table main body 7 against the original setting table main body 7 to prevent the original from floating. By using the document setting table as described above, even if documents 10 with different paper thicknesses are set as shown in Fig. 3A and B, the distance between the correction marker surface and the document reading section and the distance between the document surface and the document reading section This has the advantage that the distance can be kept the same, and by adjusting the seam on the seam correction marker surface as described above, it is possible to receive an image without any seam defects even on the original surface.

As explained above, according to the present invention, even if originals with different paper thicknesses are set, the distance between the seam correction marker surface and the original reading section and the distance between the original surface and the original reading section can be kept the same, which causes problems that occur with conventional methods. The drawback of poor seams is eliminated.
