Claims (1)
- 豆を加熱して焙煎する豆焙煎装置において、上
記豆を収納する容器と、該容器内にて上記豆の収
納位置を変動させるべく上記容器に附設した上記
容器の駆動手段とを有し、上記容器の近傍には上
記容器内に熱風を供給して上記豆を焙煎する熱風
供給手段と、上記熱風供給の後に、上記容器内に
冷風を供給して焙煎後の上記豆を冷却する冷風供
給手段とを具備し、上記駆動手段は駆動用モータ
を有し、上記熱風供給手段は電気ヒータと送風器
とを有し、上記駆動モータ、上記電気ヒータ及び
送風器を同時に閉路するスイツチ手段と、上記駆
動モータ及び上記送風器を同時に開路するスイツ
チ手段とを具備することを特徴とする豆焙煎装置
。
