Claims (1)
一の輪郭寸法を有する基体を備え、この基体の外
縁部には前記半導体パツケージの各接続ピンと対
応する位置に接続ピンが設けられ、前記基体の中
央部にはエミユレーシヨン機器の端子が嵌着され
るソケツト部が形成され、かつ、該ソケツト部に
は前記接続ピンと個別に導通する接続端子が設け
られていることを特徴とするエミユレーシヨン用
