- 金属板の上面に圧電磁器板を貼り合わせてバイ
モルフ振動子を構成し、前記金属板の下面に振動
板部を一体に設けた樹脂よりなるケースの前記振
動板部の内面を貼り合わせ、前記振動板部の前記
振動子の外周に前記ケースの内方に突出する凸部
を設けて密封構造とした圧電式水位センサ。
