However, when a moving escalator and a fixed building come close to each other at the junction with the building where the escalator is installed, serious accidents such as head collisions of passengers and accompanying falls or falls have been observed. , a solution is desired.

Recognized as such, for example, the safety equipment disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 51-66992 is widely used.

Note that this triangular warning body 4 is unnecessary if the distance W between the outer edge of the handrail 2 and the side lower part T of the building ceiling, etc. is 500 mm or more, but if the distance is less than this, especially escalators as shown in Fig. 5. −
When the lower T of the building ceiling approaches the outside of the building (

However, in the unlikely event that passenger M lowers his head deeply below the handrail 3 as shown in Figure 5 and unconsciously pushes the triangular warning body 4 outward, the handrail 2 and the ceiling of the building It is narrowed between the lower side T of the body and the lower side T, as shown by the hatched circle 2, resulting in pressure on the head. This phenomenon can be said to be due to the fact that the triangular warning body 4 is suspended from the chino 5 and can swing from side to side.

At the point where the lower side of the ceiling, etc. intersects with the upper surface of the handrail), a nearly triangular intrusion prevention body is placed at this intersection (the point where the lower side of the ceiling, etc. intersects with the upper surface of the handrail), and the front part of this triangular intrusion prevention body (the point where A human body intrusion prevention body is installed on the outside of the lower handrail (exit side), while a triangular warning body that is swingably attached to the building ceiling, etc. is placed on the lower entrance/exit side in front of this triangular part intrusion prevention body. If it passes through, the head Ma will come into contact with the human body entry prevention body on the deck cover and return to its original position. However, even here, if the head Ma is placed near the lower surface of the ceiling or the like without returning, the final equipment, the triangular part entry prevention device, prevents the head Ma from further entering the included angle. It has become. This prevents personal accidents at triangular intersections where the head Ma and the like are pressed.

Equipped with a deck cover 3b, etc., another escalator near this varnished
A triangular warning body 7 is suspended from the lower entrance 6 side by swingable mounting means such as a chino 8 at the corner Ta of the side lower part T of the bottom of the building or the ceiling of the building, etc. A triangular part intrusion prevention body 9 extending from the intersection (point k) of T and the handrail 2 toward the triangular part warning body 7 side is attached by a mounting bracket 10. At this intersection, the triangular warning body 7 is placed.
On the outer deck cover 3b at least in front of the triangular part intrusion prevention body 9, there is a human body intrusion prevention body 1 so as to close the space between the handrail panel 3a and the outer edge of the escalator.
1 is fixed by metal fittings 11a, screws llb, etc.

For example, when the head Ma in the state described in Fig. 5 pushes aside the triangular warning body 7 and passes it, it pushes it up as shown by arrow A (Fig. 2). , which acts to prevent entry. On the other hand, if this head Ma passes through both the triangular part warning plate 7 and the human body intrusion prevention body 11 and does not reach the included angle, the triangular part intrusion prevention body 9 moves the arrow B
As shown in FIG. 2, it is configured to physically prevent the head Ma from entering.

As shown in Figure 4, the escalator is a hinged type that can swing in the direction of movement of the escalator (code Q in Figure 4) and has little movement in the width direction (C in Figure 4) as a shock mitigation measure when the escalator collides with the escalator. Alternatively, a spring mounting bracket 10 is used.
