  1. アラーム信号入力端子Ｑに入力するアラーム信
    号の所定電圧レベルである第１の電圧レベルと、
    該電圧レベルと異なる第２の電圧レベルとを識別
    する電圧レベル識別回路２１と、該電圧レベル識
    別回路２１が識別した前記第２の電圧レベルを前
    記第１の電圧レベルの前記アラーム信号と異なる
    信号に変換する信号変換回路２２とを備えてなる
    ことを特徴とするアラーム処理回路。
