(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, in order to downsize appliances equipped with such combustion devices, there is a need to downsize the combustion chamber. If a design is made to satisfy this requirement, a rapid pressure rise upon ignition will become noticeable, resulting in generation of combustion noise and other inconveniences.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The purpose of the present invention is to obtain a device free from such inconveniences, and the burner 3 is placed facing at least the combustion casing 2 which communicates with the exhaust stack 1. A combustion chamber 4 is provided in front of the combustion surface 3a of the burner 3 in the housing 2.
In this case, a pressure buffer chamber 5 is provided in the casing 2 to surround at least a portion of the burner 3 excluding the combustion surface 3a, and the pressure buffer chamber 5 is opposed to the combustion chamber 4. An opening 6 that communicates the combustion chamber 4 and the pressure buffer chamber 5 is provided at a position facing the surface.

However, in the present invention, a pressure buffer chamber 5 is provided to surround the burner 3, and the pressure buffer chamber 5 is communicated with the combustion chamber 4 through an opening 6 provided on a surface of the pressure buffer chamber 5 facing the combustion chamber 4. Therefore, the sudden pressure rise occurs quickly, reaching the pressure buffer chamber 5 and absorbing combustion noise.

In particular, this rapid pressure rise is rarely applied evenly to the openings 6, and according to this, it flows into the pressure buffer chamber 5 from one part of the openings 6, and from the other part of the openings 6 into the combustion chamber 3. It is thought that this creates an airflow that flows out to further enhance the buffering effect.

In the illustrated example, a combustion case 2 communicating with the exhaust pipe 1 is provided in a case 7 which has an intake port 7a on the upper back side and a hot air outlet 7b on the lower front side. The air from the hot air fan 8 is exchanged with the heat emitted from the combustion casing 2 to generate hot air, which is then discharged from the hot air outlet 7b. The combustion chamber 3 and the pressure buffer chamber 5 were formed in the combustion casing 2 by polymerizing and bonding pressed metal plates to form a flat structure with a wide width on the left and right sides.

To explain this in more detail, support plates 9, 9 for the burner 3 extending approximately horizontally from the front and rear walls of the combustion housing 2 are projected, and the burner 3 is placed on the support plates 9, 9 on the combustion surface 3a. A combustion chamber 4 is mounted on a rack and suspended by support pieces 10, 10 protruding from both sides of the burner 3, and a combustion chamber 4 is mounted in front of the combustion surface 3a of the burner 3, that is, in the upper part of the combustion surface 3a.
At the same time, the pressure buffer chamber 5 is formed in the lower part of the combustion casing 2 partitioned by the support plates 9, 9, and a plurality of through holes are bored in the support plates 9, 9 to connect the opening 6. did.

The burner 3 shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 has a flame opening 3.
A horizontally long all-primary air combustion bar consisting of a combustion plate 3c on the upper surface having a large number of combustion plates 3c, a mixing chamber 3d on the lower side thereof, and a mixing pipe 3f on the lower side thereof connected to this through an opening 3e at the tip, A gas burner is shown in which the front surface of the combustion plate 3b is the combustion surface 3a.
As shown in the figure, it may be a Busen burner that burns by obtaining secondary air, and in the one shown in FIG. 5, the burner 3 is surrounded by a partition plate 16 supported by the support plates 9, 9. An air chamber 11 was formed, and the pressure buffer chamber 5 was formed around the outer periphery of the air chamber 11.

(Effect of the invention) As described above, according to the invention, a pressure buffer chamber is provided in the casing by surrounding at least a portion of the burner excluding the combustion surface, and a surface of the pressure buffer chamber facing the combustion chamber is provided. In addition, since an opening is provided that communicates the combustion chamber and the pressure buffer chamber, the pressure rise at the time of ignition can be absorbed by the pressure buffer chamber, eliminating the conventional disadvantages. Since it is provided so as to surround the combustion chamber, there is no problem of increasing the size of the device as a whole.
