The lead wire 16 drawn out to a predetermined length is sheared by a die 18 and a cutter 19, and falls freely into a groove provided on the circumference of the lead wire positioning disk 2o. At this time, a non-adhesive mount tape 21 is wrapped in advance around both edge portions 20' of the circumferential surface of the lead wire positioning disk 2o.
The adhesive tape 23 is bonded under pressure by the taping roller 22 to form a jumper taped product in which both ends of the lead wire 16 are held by the mount tape 21 and the adhesive tape 23.

A guide plate 3 is arranged so as to be in contact with the outer periphery of the lead wire supply disk 1, and guides the lead wire so that it does not fall out of the conveying groove 1'. In addition, guide plate 3
has three supply grooves 3' for supplying lead wires to the lead wire supply disk 1, and the supplied lead wires are passed through the supply grooves 3'.
06 is an endless belt that is forcibly pushed into the conveying groove 1' from the shutter 4 by a pusher 6 that operates in conjunction with the shutter 4 that opens and closes the opening of the lead wire supply disk 1 as shown in the figure. The lead wire is wound from the lead wire supply disk 1 to the lead wire taping disk 2.
When the lead wire is transferred to the lead wire taping disk 2, the lead wire is biased to press the lead wire toward the lead wire taping disk 2 side. Further, the lead wire taping disk 2 is in circumferential contact with the lead wire supply disk 1, and has a plurality of grooves 2' on the circumferential surface so that the lead wire can be received, taken out, held and conveyed from the lead wire supply disk 1. A non-adhesive mount tape T is wrapped around both ends, and a rubber roller 8 for tape pressure contact and an adhesive tape 9 are adhered under pressure.

。As shown in FIG. 2, the lead wire 11 is simultaneously fed three unspecified lengths by a lead wire speed roller 1o that rotates intermittently, and is cut by a cutting cutter 12 through a cylindrical die 13 to a fixed length. The lead wires 11 are inserted into each of the supply grooves 3'. Next, the shutter 4 is opened and the pusher 6 is operated to forcibly push the lead wire 11 into the conveying groove 1' of the lead wire supply disk 1.

The lead wire 11 conveyed from is transferred to the lead wire tape disk 2. At this time, since the lead wire 11 is pressurized by the endless belt 6, the lead wire 11 is forcibly transferred. , the lead wire can be reliably transferred to the tape disk 2 side. Note that a non-adhesive mount tape 7 for taping both ends of the lead wire 11 is wrapped around both ends of the lead wire tape disk 2 in advance.

The non-adhesive mount tape 7, I-node wire 11. At the same time, the adhesive tape 9 is bonded under pressure to obtain a jumper taping product 16 as shown in FIG. This makes it possible to operate at an extremely high speed of about 2,000 pieces per minute. In the case of this embodiment, three lead wires 11 are supplied to the lead wire supply disk 1 at the same time. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and a plurality of pieces may be supplied at the same time.
